The Philadelphia Eagles have made many surprising, unconventional decisions this offseason under head coach/general manager Chip Kelly. Most of the moves have revolved around bold free agency acquisitions, but the team is apparently still making head-turning decisions during offseason workouts.
It’s not uncommon for teams to play loud rock or hip-hop music at practice, but Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reported from the Eagles’ OTA session on Tuesday that the team was actually “blaring Katy Perry.”
No, seriously.
Eagles blaring Katy Perry at this OTA. That's a first for me. And I got nothing against Katy but it's usually rock or hip-hop for practices

When asked if it was the “Dark Horse” song with rapper Juicy J, La Canfora revealed it was “Roar.”
– @ZipSquad_JihaD nah man. Not close. It was that hear me roar song. Had to do a double take
